Application License
By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Markets.Capital for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may only use Markets.Capital on Apple devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
External Links to Third-Party EULA
This application is distributed through the Apple App Store. Therefore, your use of Markets.Capital is also governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. By agreeing to our Terms of Service and utilizing Markets.Capital, you also confirm your agreement to comply with Apple’s EULA terms.
In the event of any discrepancies between our Terms of Service and Apple’s EULA, the latter takes precedence.
